Honda CB750K Race Crankshaft

Lightened and knife edged crankshaft by RPE Racing in Australia as used on our race bike.

We machine the crankshaft (from 9.6 to 6.9kg). We also knife edge the weights. This results in less rotational inertia, free revving, less gyroscopic effect and a lighter motorcycle.

We also remove the balls and clean the oil ways of the sludge that naturally accumulates.

The crankshaft is also polished and balanced to within a gram. It is therefore ready for assembly. I would suggest a good final clean before assemble.

We require your crankshaft to provide this service. Will take approx two weeks turn around.

Honda Boldor 750,900/1100F DOHC 1980 Race Crankshaft

Lightened and knife edged crankshaft by RPE Racing in Australia as used on our race bike.

We machine the crankshaft to 8.3kg. We also knife edge the weights. This results in less rotational inertia, free revving, less gyroscopic effect and a lighter motorcycle.

We also remove the balls and clean the oil ways of the sludge that naturally accumulates.

The crankshaft is also polished and balanced to within a gram. It is therefore ready for assembly. I would suggest a good final clean before assemble.

Honda CBX1000 Crankshaft

Lightened and knife edged crankshaft by RPE Racing in Australia.

We machine the crankshaft to 10kg from 14kg. The crank is machined to modern shape cranks. This results in less rotational inertia, free reving, less gyroscopic effect and a lighter motorcycle.

These cranks are very heavy for this size engine capacity this work to the crank will bring it more into the modern era.

We also remove the balls and clean the oil ways of the sludge that naturally accumulates.

The crankshaft is also polished and balanced to within a gram. It is therefore ready for assembly. I would suggest a good final clean before assemble.
